Code of Conduct

At Collision we believe that your words, actions, and appearance represent your spiritual growth as a believer in Jesus Christ. We ask your help in creating a safe, respectful, distraction-free environment here at Collision.
Please turn off all cell phones, i-pods, and other electronic devices when arriving at Collision or youth group events. Except for electronic Bibles, devices found to be in use will be collected and returned to your parents upon pick-up.
Please no prolonged physical contact, PDAs (public displays of affection) such as hand holding, prolonged hugging, sitting on others, piggyback rides, etc.
All members of Collision are expected to participate at all times. For example, no wandering off alone or in couples. Stay in your seat for the lesson. If a bathroom break is needed, do it before or after the lesson only.
Shorts must be mid-thigh or longer. A good measure is to let your arms fall to your side – if your fingers touch skin you need longer shorts (longer shorts will be provided if necessary). No pants or shorts that reveal undergarments.
Shirts should not be tank tops or clothing that reveals undergarments (modest shirts will be provided if necessary).
No clothing with vulgar, abusive, or discriminatory language or images. Think God honoring!
Use of any illegal substances (including: smoking of any kind or drinking alcohol) will result in parents being called immediately and being expelled from Collision.
Profane or discriminatory language will not be allowed. Use language to lift up each other, not put-downs. Gossiping is hurtful.
Stay focused on those who are speaking. They have put a great deal of time and effort into the messages, and they deserve the respect of everyone's attention.
